What We Do

Organisation & Service Reviews

regular reflection

Without regular reflection, organisations can soon become ‘run of the mill’.

Organisation and Service reviews give an ‘external pair of eyes’ that look at what support is being provided, how it is being provided and whether this support is consistent with the organisation’s values and philosophy.

Typically, the approach and design of the review will be agreed by a core group of people with a learning disability, families and staff from the organisation.

All of our reviews will, at their core, ensure engagement with a wide range of people connected to the organisation. It is about real co-production. Recommendations will always reflect the wishes and needs of the people involved, as well as link to nationally policy drivers and national standards.

Recent work includes reviews of day and respite services, plus Supported Living settings (using REACH Support for LIVING as a guide) in Scotland, Wales and Essex.

The leadership team were so anxious about hearing the initial report. However, the style of the report and the skilful facilitation by Paradigm made it a really positive team-building experience leading to real change.
