Session A (9.45am – 11.45pm): Update on developments in people’s rights to care and support. This will cover direct payments, charging and DRE, Covid claw backs, hospital discharge, housing and shared care and some recent ombudsman’s reports of use to the public.
Session B (12.00pm – 2pm): A look ahead to the Liberty Protection Safeguards – and recent Court of Protection developments.
Session C (2.30pm – 3.45pm): Reform of charging for adult social care (and the cap) – plus other changes the government has promised in the White Paper.
Question and answer session (3.45pm onwards): A chance to ask questions from any of the sessions.

Cost:  £20 per session or £50 for the whole day
