‘The Care Quality Commission (CQC) have asked the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) to help them improve their inspection process. They want to find out which places that deliver care are not doing their jobs properly and respecting people’s human rights. The only way the CQC can improve their process is by speaking to the people that they serve.
