Thoroughly enjoyed course with Gill, learnt an awful lot more than expected; Got far more confidence now and also back up from others; Was very easy to understand – fab; Very helpful; Fantastic course. Kept us all interested, not boring at all. We all learnt loads, thanks very much; an inspiring 7 days. Anyone working to support anyone should undergo person centred training; Great course. Thank you, Gill, in giving me confidence in myself to help others in their plans. I feel confident to plan with others; this has been the most enjoyable and informative training I have ever had. Gill makes learning easy and has a nice easy going manner.

Tim was brilliant clear, interesting. Well done Tim! Probably the best training I’ve ever been on! Very useful, gain lots of tips and good ideas. Very good, relaxed, helps build confidence. A really good day full of fun, information and confidence building activities. I am really glad I came. Course was very relaxed, put people at ease. Loads of participation, good ideas, lots to take away. Really enjoyed the day not the usual boring run of the mill courses. It was fun but also very educational. Fab day gave more insight into graphics, enjoyed it. Feel happier about it. Excellent trainer, good information, learned lots, fun, pleasant room, looking forward to using what I have learned.

I would just like to say a big thank you for the talk you gave last week. It gave parents the knowledge they need in order to ensure they have choice and quality when considering adult services. Feedback has been really positive and it has provoked a lot of debate. Because we are geographically isolated it does make it difficult to attract people to come and speak so we are really grateful you found time in your busy schedule to travel down.

This is a very detailed training which in my opinion every manager should attend. There was no dull moment and I truly enjoyed it. It was presented professionally. The content of the course was full and put to us extremely well. The course facilitator was very knowledgeable on PCP and has inspired me to go and do it. Excellent presentation and clear expression and very. Kate has covered a wide range of relevant and useful PCP facilitating tools and made clear how and when these can be constructively utilised. Facilitator has a good style in involving all attendees and comes across as very committed in what they’re training. Trainer was excellent, well informed, entertaining, good communicator.
