Richard Williams
Associate Consultant
Richard works on Merseyside as Chief Executive of Options for Supported Living, a supported living agency set up 14 years ago to support people with learning disabilities to live their lives to the full. Many of the people Options for Supported Living support are described as difficult to support. Options is committed to staying small but becoming brilliant.
Prior to this, Richard was a Director of Consultancy with Paradigm, and led on much of our work around leadership, organisational development and funding. He has worked in the Health Service, Voluntary Sector and Education.
Richard supports Tranmere Rovers FC, is fighting the middle aged bulge and a receding hairline. He lives on the Wirral with his wife and two children.
