Moving from Block Contracts to Individual Service Funds
Aim: To create individual service funds for all or a sample group of people supported to develop a process to ensure they are aware of the funding available for their support, even if funding is still provided via block contracts.
Format: Training and mentoring for staff in facilitating individual service designs, leading to costed individual service designs for people, financial remodelling and action planning for change.
