Judith North
Associate Consultant
Now an Associate Consultant, Judith was a Director of Consultancy at Paradigm until September 2007 where the focus of much of her consultancy work was on organisational development, leadership development, person centred approaches and autism, team development and Supported Living. She is currently Executive Director of Reach, a South Wales based support provider.
Previously, to Paradigm Judith was Chief Executive of the Kingwood Trust, supporting people with Autism with challenging reputations. She has held senior management positions in provider organisations across all sectors as well as strategic management, organisational development and commissioning posts both in learning disability services and general ‘community care’ for a range of London local and health authorities. Judith started her career working in long stay hospitals and community services.
Judith has a Masters degree from the Tizard Centre, University of Kent at Canterbury, and recently wrote Better Services for People with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder published by Department of Health in November 2006. She lives in Bristol with her husband (who does all of the housework!) and two children.
