Community Brokerage – Making the most of your community resources
Aim: The project will enable a Local Authority and their partners (including community organisations, peer support networks and local providers ) to develop a range of support brokerage options that build and support existing resources to offer a range of assistance to people looking to direct their support. It is a cost effective project that will work for all citizens including those people who fund their own support. The project enables Local Authorities to develop a universal support system that works for local people whilst building local capacity.

Format: Programme with core contents PLUS local design
Duration: 6 – 12 months locally agreed
