Claire Winfield
Director of Consultancy
Claire is a Director of Consultancy with Paradigm based in the Midlands. Much of Claire’s consultancy work focus’ on organisational change, leadership and team development, person centred approaches and Supported Living. Previously she was Chief Executive of the Amber Trust, a third sector organisation providing housing and related person centred support. She has held senior management positions in large national and smaller provider organisations, and also has experience of strategic management and commissioning in the statutory sector.
Claire has a BA Honours degree in Community Studies, a post graduate management qualification and is an alumna of the Windsor Leadership Trust.
Claire lives with her partner in Derbyshire and likes walking, a wide range of music, reading, and is a bit of a ‘foodie’, enjoying anything to do with food - cooking, shopping and eating!
